Taste of water

In this workshop, children will learn that water is an essential element in the preparation of fresh pasta and will discover how to measure it properly to obtain the desired consistency. The children will be made aware of the importance of using water responsibly and how their daily actions can contribute to the preservation of this resource. Once made, the pasta will be served for lunch.
