A three-day workshop with textile artist Tamara Bigot where participants will be able to dye fabrics using kitchen scraps and food waste, colour textile fibres with dyes obtained from dye plants and experiment with colour-modifying agents. There will also be a painting session in which participants will be able to apply the dyes to paper.

Chef Daniela Real creates a conceptual menu that explores the colour of food, in which, with the help of natural dyeing expert Tamara from Distinto Studio, she transforms food waste into dyeing solutions.

During this workshop, participants immerse themselves in a creative world where dyeing plants, bark, flowers
and even food waste are the main ingredients for colouring and transforming fabrics.

During this training experience, participants will learn techniques for creating natural dyes by reducing the use of
dye baths, thus promoting greater sustainability in the textile colouring process.
